Leslie P. Alspaugh, CPA
Founder and President

In creating TitlePoint Corporation, Leslie Alspaugh is fulfilling her dream of establishing her own company to serve homebuyers in Baltimore. With 27 years in real estate settlement services, Alspaugh’s body of work includes two decades with The Fountainhead Title Group, serving as Comptroller, Vice President of the award-winning Baltimore Division, and Regional Director of the Southern Maryland Division.

As a Certified Public Accountant, Alspaugh recognizes that settling on a new home carries financial implications to the income tax return and beyond. TitlePoint and TaxPoint are a blend of these areas of finance that work together to provide homebuyers with continuity of service for a smooth real estate transaction and an organized approach to income taxes. With her passion for teaching, Alspaugh has structured TitlePoint to provide extra support for first-time buyers that includes a complimentary income tax return for the year in which they close on their home.

Ms. Alspaugh received a Bachelor in Science degree from Lynchburg College. A devoted Baltimorean for 30 years, she owns a home in Roland Park where she lives with her husband, son and two dogs. In addition to her corporate responsibilities, she is active in the Presbyterian Church and serves as an instructor for Junior Achievement. top


Chris Fiorino, Esquire

Chris Fiorino is a licensed attorney who brings to TitlePoint some 15 years experience in the practice of law in the State of Maryland. With TitlePoint, she serves as a settlement attorney and does title examinations, prepares and reviews closing documents, and conducts settlements. Prior to working in real estate services, Fiorino was with The St Paul/Travelers (formerly USF&G Corporation), where she served as Corporate Counsel for 10 years and later as a solo practitioner. 

Ms. Fiorino’s undergraduate work includes an A.A from Villa Julie College and a B.S. and J.D. from the University of Baltimore. A lifelong resident of Baltimore, Ms. Fiorino lives in Worthington Valley with her husband and three children. top

Tina Heckner, Business Manager

Tina Heckner joins the TitlePoint team as Business Manager. She brings 10 years of management expertise to insure that every detail of your closing is completed with the highest level of professionalism. Formerly of Fountainhead Title Group, where she managed the award winning BWI Division, Ms. Heckner serviced clients in all counties of Maryland. Ms Heckner is a long time resident of Harford County where she resides with her husband, 2 daughters, dogs and 2 horses. In addition to her cooperate responsibilities, she enjoys enjoys attending horse shows with her youngest daughter.

Fran Stricker

Fran Stricker brings to TitlePoint more than 17 years experience in the real estate industry. A realtor for 13 years and a settlement office for 4 years, Fran has been by the side of homebuyers from the beginning of their search for a new home to its closing and beyond. She is an active member of the Harford County Board of Realtors where she has served on the Networking, Trade Show, and Scholarship Committees.

Ms. Stricker and her husband enjoy spending time with their 3 adult children and their families, especially the 2 grandchildren. Her recreational pursuits include camping, craft making, “stampin’ up,” and keeping up with the grandkids. Ms. Stricker is active in the life of St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church; she lives in Bel Air with her husband.

Atalie Shackelford

Atalie Shackelford joined the TitlePoint team as a Marketing Representative -Settlement Officer. Having grown up in the military and lived in Europe, Atalie settled in Harford County in 1978. Ms. Shackelford has served clients in the title industry in the Harford County community, and surrounding counties for over five years. Ms. Shackelford has combined her mortgage lending background and title background to create a unique service for her clients. She is an active member of the Harford County Community Mediation Program, Harford County Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors and Cecil County Board of Realtors. Ms. Shackelford lives in Harford County where she enjoys spending time with her grown children, horseback riding, reading and cooking. She also serves in various volunteer positions at Harford Habitat for Humanity.
